BODYATTACK™ - WHAT'S THAT?
Bodyattack™ is a simple high intensity group exercise to music class suitable for all fitness levels.
You'll experience high energy sports training moves for cardiovascular fitness, along with upper and lower body conditioning exercises.
SO WHAT'S A TYPICAL CLASS LIKE?
Bodyattack™ is designed around a 55 minute two peak format with 11 music tracks and exercises to challenge cardio fitness and stamina.
- Warm-Up
Big, simple aerobic moves to get your body warm. - Mixed Impact
An increasing range of moves and footstrikes gets you ready for the aerobic action ahead. - Aerobic
Step up the intensity and range of movement to get into your personal training zone. - Plyometric
The first peak challenges your body with quick fire explosive exercises used in sports training. - Upper Body Conditioning
Time to slow it down, recover and build strength. The focus is on the shoulders, chest and triceps, with core conditioning work to tone and shape the upper body. - Running
Loosen up with free and patterned running to get those legs ready to fire again. - Agility
A big mix of moves tests your speed and agility while class interaction ups the fun factor. - Intervals
Challenge your cario systems with alternating peak and recovery blocks. - Power
Time to dig deep and push yourself through powerful moves at maximum effort and enjoy the group dynamic at heart of BODYATTACK™. - Lower Body Conditioning
Bring down the intensity a notch and move the focus to lower body conditioning. - Cool Down

HOW FIT DO I NEED TO BE TO DO BODYATTACK™?
Bodyattack™ is for everyone with moderate fitness levels and with simple moves, not just for the well co-ordinated.
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Make sure you have a good pair of shoes for foot stability. Dress in comfortable clothes and bring a towel and water bottle.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO BODYBALANCE?
It's best to have a rest day between classes. Three Bodyattack™ classes a week will give you optimium results.
