BODYJAM - WHAT'S THAT?

 

Bodyjam is a 55 minute workout with a funky soundtrack and hot dance moves. It's cardio fun at its best for those with a passion for movement. You'll burn calories, sweat it out, increase your fitness levels and learn to dance better.

 

SO WHAT'S A TYPICAL CLASS LIKE?

Think dance school!

 

Class starts with a simple warm up to work the body one part at a time, followed by uncomplicated but exciting routines inspired by the latest dance trends.

 

Think of this as a rehearsal, where each set is followed by a complete bust out performance where you crazy, just one more time!

 

A mid class recovery sees the pace slow before the action builds again to a second sky high peak. A nice, safe cool down completes the show.

 

HOW CO-ORDINATED TO I NEED TO BE TO DO BODYJAM?

Bodyjam choreography is simple, with plenty of time for you to learn each new move.

 

Your instructor is on hand to help you with style and direction and to give you the confidence to perform at your best.

 

The class is appropriate for anyone, but a moderate level of fitness will help you get the most out of your session.

 

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

A water bottle and towel. Wear loose and comfortable clothing and shoes that let you twist, turn and glide into the moves.

 

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I DO BODYJAM?

There is no limit on the number of Bodyjam classes you can do in a week. In fact, the class leaves you on such a high you'll probably want a regular dose. Everyone wants to be a dancer so come and see what all the noise is about.
