The Time Capsule in conjunction with NHS Lanarkshire and North Lanarkshire Social Work Services is pleased to introduce the Silver Seniors' Club.

Silver Seniors' is open to all senior citizens within North Lanarkshire and provides a warm, friendly and safe environment for all senior citizens to meet, chat and participate (if they wish) in a variety of new activities.

Silver Seniors' is available every Thursday from 11.30am - 2.00pm so why not come along and join in the fun. Activities will range from mixed board games, light fitness classes, swimming and much more. Please note: there will be a small charge of £1.00 to use some fitness classes.
