Entry to the Ice Rink
As proof of purchase, all Visitors must retain receipts & wear wrist bands at all times. management reserve the right to refuse entry.
Equipment Use
Safety Helmets & Twin Bladed skates are available, please ask at Skate hire for further information.
Health and Safety
All visitors should proceed with caution as ice rinks are very slippery environments, take precautions to prevent injury to themselves & other skaters. Please Inform reception / Ice Staff if you suffer from a medical condition. The Time Capsule operates a strict No Smoking Policy. CCTV is in operation throughout this facility.
Personal Belongings
Please ensure personal belongings are secure in a locker and retain your key at all times. The Time Capsule will not be held responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, damaged or mislaid. It is not recommended that you bring unnecessary valuables whilst using the facilities.
Please Do...
- Ensure your skates are correctly tightly laced up before going onto the ice.
- When on ice, skate in anti-clockwise direction for your own and others safety.
- Listen to the Ice Guardians at all times.
Do Not...
- Wear Scarves, hats or long coats on the ice
- Carry babies or children on the ice.
- Sit on or climb over the safety barriers.
- Drink, eat, drop litter or food onto the ice.
- Skate on the ice in chains of more than three people.
- Jump on the ice
- Skate at excessives speeds, as this can cause injury to yourself and others
- Throw, chip or spray the ice as this can cause accidents and discomfort to others.
Fire Exits
Fire exits are for use in an emergency situation only. Visitors must refrain from blocking fire exits at all times. Use of the fire exits outwith an emergency is not permitted.
